Your business
could be working
better.

Every business has things that slow it down, cost more than they should or get in the way of growth. Janta helps you find what's holding you back, decide what is worth changing and take practical steps towards better results.

A business-first
approach

Better results rarely begin with buying another system. They begin with understanding how work gets done, what customers experience and where time or money is being lost. We help make those opportunities visible and identify sensible ways forward.

Start with
what matters

You should not have to commit to a costly, open-ended programme to find out whether change is worthwhile. We favour manageable steps, clear expectations and reviewing results before deciding what happens next.

More time for
valuable work

Our aim is to help people spend less time on repetitive tasks and more time on the activities that make a difference — helping customers, solving problems, improving quality and growing the business.

A practical example

Retail operations | Customer experience,
operational efficiency and financial control

An anonymised example drawn from direct operational experience, rather than a commissioned external client engagement.

The challenge

A growing operation combining online and physical retail handled increasing numbers of orders, customer enquiries, supplier invoices and financial transactions. As volumes increased, staff needed to spend more time checking order and delivery information, dealing with customer questions and reconciling records across systems.

These were not isolated back-office inconveniences. Delays and unclear tracking could affect customer confidence; weak information flows made issue resolution harder; repetitive financial checks consumed time that could support customers and growth. Customer experience also matters to repeat business and online reputation.

Start with the constraint

The improvement work examined how information moved through order fulfilment, customer service and financial administration. The priority was to identify where work was duplicated, where information was difficult to access and which exceptions genuinely needed human attention.

What the work demonstrates

The work demonstrates a practical way to make high-volume operations more manageable, improve visibility and redirect attention towards the issues that matter. It also illustrates how operational efficiency, customer service and financial control are connected.

The lesson

The starting point was not automation. It was understanding where the business was being constrained. Technology was used selectively to support a better way of working.

Our approach

We begin with your business, not a ready-made answer. Together we identify what matters, choose a manageable starting point and review the results.

  2. 02

    Prioritise.

  3. 03
